for ccie lab terms and conditions
this is a limited time support and update subscription period. please note down these important points and you must agree/accept them:
1) ccie lab exam service include workbook service ; our service period is 3 months. we provide 152 hours of rack practice
2) after payment is finished , we email workbook to customer. once customer receive workbook pdf (encrypted) and open that, it can confirm that the customer has received the goods.
all secure pdfs, and secure video lab practice tests are locked in one physical pc of customer. cannot print out or share!
3) we have a head-teacher and teaching assistants under skype/whatsapp groups for lab-support. communication shall be on email/skype/whatsapp messaging
4) first attempt, if fail- must submit fail evidence of the lab. second attempt must be in 40-days of first-fail.we will extend one month service with free.
6) no refund will be provided after you register and use our encrypted files.
7）we count service time when we send lab materials to you.
8) we send lab materials when it become stable.
9）we do not accept refunds because it is a special price
